KepID - Satellite orbits packed into UUIDv7

I just launched a new project called KepID (“Kep” from Kepler, “ID” from UUID). It’s a compact, lossy way to encode orbital elements into a UUIDv7 envelope: the timestamp holds the epoch (with its lowest bits repurposed), and the bits that would normally be random hold the remaining elements. Each element is quantized along a curve matched to real satellite histograms, which reduces the deviation for LEO satellites.
